OUR PRODUCT

We manufacture porcelain former, which is generally known as “glove mold”, mainly for the rubber glove industry.

We have expanded production capacity in plastic, stainless, and steel injection in order to produce parts for rubber glove industry. The example of the parts are Pin-shaft, Former Holder Set, and etc.

BLOG

Thailand is the world’s largest exporter of rubber. Only the rubber gloves made from natural latex worth 33,441 million baht in overall export value. (according to ministry of economic affairs) due to the increase of rubber tree plantation in eastern and north east region, leading to high prize in rubber products.

Plastic products mainly compose of various kinds of plastic beads depending on customers’ demands. Some factories modify their material by adding color or other chemicals, combining them together before the fusion as a part of preparation before the forming processes such as injection, extrusion, blow, and etc.

Regarding ceramic production, the most common method found among industries is molding clay. Simply because it is easy and doesn’t depend on technology. However, in large scale production, most factories choose to form the products from slip, (The liquid resulted from the combination of clay) water, and certain chemical by pouring it into mold.
